 Hi, I’m Josh Spicer, a Project Manager with 16+ years of experience in CAD Design, IT, project management, and strategic planning. Over the years, I’ve been privileged to lead diverse teams, solve complex problems, and deliver impactful solutions that align with organizational goals and client needs.

Recently, I’ve been diving headfirst into the fascinating world of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. This past year, I’ve focused on building my knowledge and skills in these areas while completing my Master of Science in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University. From learning Python and Java to exploring AI and ERP systems, this journey has been as exciting as it’s been transformative.

As an IT Project Manager at DXC Technology, I’ve had the opportunity to apply my expertise to some incredible projects. I lead product strategy and development initiatives, ensuring our digital platforms align with user needs and business objectives. Whether it’s defining roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, or using data analytics to improve performance, I thrive on turning complex challenges into streamlined solutions.

Before joining DXC, I spent a significant part of my career in shipbuilding, where I worked on everything from enterprise learning management systems to innovative 3D asset development. One of my favorite projects involved implementing Cornerstone OnDemand to modernize outdated processes and save the company thousands of hours annually. It’s always rewarding to see the tangible impact of a well-executed project.

I am passionate about bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and practical business applications. With the rise of AI and Generative AI tools, I see tremendous potential to transform organizations' operations and innovation. I have always focused on aligning these tools with real-world needs, ensuring they deliver measurable value to businesses and users alike.

Outside work, I’m learning, growing, and staying ahead of industry trends. I firmly believe in collaboration and continuous improvement, whether within a team or through self-driven exploration.
